Health insurance is one of the most complicated and frustrating aspects of managing a law firm or being a solo practitioner. We often don’t even know our options or how to evaluate them. This presentation will discuss Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and how to decide if they will work for you and your employees. We will consider eligibility, contributions, control, funding, and tax issues.
