Info on the 431st District Court

(posted 02-14-2011)

Hearings / Prove-ups

The 431st District Court will start holding hearings and prove-ups on Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Until a courtroom is assigned, all hearings will be held in the Hearing Room on the 4th Floor of the Denton County Courts Building. This is the Hearing Room previously used to hear the AG cases.

Denise's Office Info

Denise's office will be located on the 2nd floor directly outside of the central jury room, for the time being. Her telephone number is 940-349-4370 and her voice mail is set up. Her email is: denise.spalding@dentoncounty.com.

Setting Hearings

Denise has started to set hearings , so please call or send her an email if you are in need of a hearing and/or trial.

She is trying, best she can, to make sure that hearings that are presently set in other courts are transferred to the 431st docket with as little disruption to the attorneys and their clients. Since she is trying to merge hearings from six courts into one, she encourages you to give her a call or send her an email to ensure she gets your settings on the docket.

The 431st is excited to get started and looks forward to serving Denton County.
